Customer operations meet, and preferably exceed, agreed service standards such as cargo status reporting and accurate release to the receiver
Responsible for the management and development of customer operations staff, and the effective utilization of systems, subcontractors, suppliers and service providers
Manage schedule of pricing for services provided such as storage, terminal handling and repacking of goods landed in a damaged condition
