Job Description

A few key responsibilities

• Production of monthly management accounts and sales reporting in an accurate and timely manner
• Work closely with the Group FC and department heads on annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
• Fixed asset register, accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations and cash management
• VAT returns
• Work closely with the team to make sure payroll is done accurately and on time, ensuring PAYE/NI records are kept up to date
• Analysis of expected margins and variances, as well as involvement in financial modelling
• Assist with the preparation of year end accounts including audit liaison
• Provide support and cover to AP/AR team when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Fully qualified or Finalist (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Excellent IT literacy with experience using an ERP system would be beneficial
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
