Job Description

• Production of monthly management accounts for commercial income and supplier audit claims
• Year-end reporting of commercial income, leading the internal audit process and preparing reports for external auditors
• Weekly KPI reporting of income and Like for Like sales
• Leading the annual budget and quarterly reforecasting process for supplier funding
• Forecasting supplier invoicing and cash collection targets and attending weekly Trading Leadership meetings to review with Category Controllers and Credit

Control

• Analysis of supplier income for Senior Finance and Trading team
• Finance contact for large Trading team, assisting Buyers with invoicing, reporting and forecasting
• Liaising with Trading team and external audit company to assist with supplier claims
• Project work to improve reporting and controls

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• QualifiedACCA/CIMA/ACA
• Experience of modern ERP system (desirable but not essential)
• Capability of handling large amounts of data
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, V-lookups)
• Dealing effectively with conflicting demands and tight timescales
• Exceptional mathematical mind with a strong business orientation
• Proactive approach to problem solving
