Job Description

Duties Include - Planning, assigning and Monitoring PPM and reactive works for the contract. .

Supporting Contracts and Project Managers running contracts - Managing Sub contractors - Updating Pre-planned maintenance records - Liaising with engineers so must have strong communication skills - Raising orders to Suppliers

You will also be responsible for supporting the Helpdesk / contract support and administration within a portfolio of clients.

You will need to have previous experience of the above as well as the following desirable skills Dealing with the Helpdesk and dispatching jobs to relevant teams of engineers.

Health & Safety within the contracts Purchasing and raising Purchase orders

Dealing with Engineers day to day diary - scheduling engineers to jobs and following them through to completion and invoicing. Timesheets and availability reports.

Must have knowledge of using Microsoft excel / word
