Job Description
The main duties include:
- Being a key point of contact for auditors.
- Producing journals and month-end reports.
- Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The right person for the role should:
- Hold an established property sector background, this could be in a private sector developer or a social housing organisation.
- Ideally be a fully qualified accountant, although finalists should still be encouraged to apply.
- Have previous experience working with auditors.
