Hours : Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 17:00pm / 08:00am - 16:00pm

Contract : Temporary to Permanent

An opportunity has arisen within a very well established company based within the engineering and customer service industry who are now recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor / Contract Administrator / Sales Support to join their ever expanding team. Based in the Emerson's Green area of Bristol, this position will be working full time Monday to Friday on a permanent basis. This opportunity will see you working within a upbeat and friendly team who work well with each other in a modern working environment.

The position as Customer Service Advisor / Contract Administrator / Sales Support will include duties such as Assisting in product orders, Assisting is the dispatch of orders, Stock Information, to handle inbound calls, Building a rapport with clients.

This position as Customer Service Advisor / Contract Administrator / Sales Support will have a need for an individual with confident customer service skills with previous experience working within a very busy environment where they have demonstrated the ability to prioritise work load. Time is of the essence with some jobs that will need to be carried out where your judgement on work load prioritising will be needed.

The Customer Service Advisor / Contract Administrator / Sales Support will be assisting in ordering parts that will need to be dispatched and arranged with an engineer to carry out the work on air conditioning / freezer units on an industrial scale. Strong organisation and a keen eye for detail would be ideal for this aspect of the role to be carried out with great accuracy.

Strong I.T skills will be beneficial for this position as Customer Service Advisor / Contract Administrator / Sales Support Experience using SAP / CRM and Excel, outlook and word is essential for the role.
