Job Description

The CFO will be the right-hand person to the CEO having overall responsibility for the robust finance and operations function and have a strong presence in professionalising, leading, and implementing all controls, processes, and procedures in order to drive growth for the business. The business have acquired five businesses in the last 12 months with another 8 in the pipeline, you will be heavily involved in leading an active M&A and investment strategy to drive the continued growth of the business by identifying, analysing, and negotiating opportunities and ensuring top level execution.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal candidate must have:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA)
• Have extensive, and a proven track record, of working as a CFO within a PE Backed business in the Construction and or Facilities Management, and taking through a successful exit.
• Experience of Buy and Build/ M&A (acquisition and integration).
• Be proactive and entrepreneurial with exceptional interpersonal skills, and be a skilled communicator.
