· Maintain effective working relationships with senior managers
· Manage employee relations casework including dispute resolution, grievance, and disciplinary processes
· Manage induction process for new employees
· Prepare letters, contracts, and staff handbooks
· Must be available to start immediately
· CIPD Level 3 Qualification would be desirable
· Highly organised
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently
