This position is to research into the relevant country to look at benefits and market salaries, support local teams to build salary ranges for existing employees and new hires, assist with challenging market data requests and conduct compensation research, profile and help lead development of job families and structure, job architect and the build of it throughout the company.
You will need to be educated to degree level or equivalent, have a minimum of five years experience in a rewards role, ideally experienced using mercer /WTW tools, strong Excel and it would be desirable if you have experience using Python 3, strong understanding of statistic analysis, highly organised, good communication skills, the ability to convey complex information, a 'can do' attitude and able to work with employees and HR globally and someone with good ideas.
