Working closely with and under the direction of the IT Infrastructure Manager to support, manage and maintain the IT infrastructure
Helping colleagues get the best out of business systems supported by IT by working with them to understand requirements and to deliver the best solution in each case as required and supports a culture of continuous improvement for IT infrastructure services
Supporting with User administration
Liaising with 3rd parties, and engage as required
Ensuring that the organisation’s business and information systems are utilised for the benefit of the team
Effectively managing project/business performance by planning, coordinating, delivering, evaluating and communicating as appropriate
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Min 4+ years working in an Infrastructure role
Ability to communicate and build relationships with all stakeholders
Operationally aware, having been exposed to comparable companies or similar situations
Strategy - an understanding of prioritization, assessment of BAU/project driven workloads
Business analysis -experience working with modern methods, frameworks, standards and principles to progress business analysis workloads Partners - e.g. working with third parties to implement change
Strong experience of working within a team on change projects that are primarily customer-facing, front-office focused, mixed channel, leveraging customer insight, digital and data expertise
Strong experience of working in change projects that are colleague-facing, back-office focused, core platforms, mixed channel, leveraging platform, process, people, policy and data expertise.
