Working with the SMCR and HR Service Delivery team, Business Partnering, Compliance and the CoSec teams where necessary to assist with the implementation of the our new tech system; applying SMCR requirements throughout the organisation, ensuring compliance. Transferring existing SMCR/HR data and processes into the new system.
Working with the SMCR Team to scope content building of the new system, including training material development and delivery
Document and maintain new SOPs and checklists for processes, including go live support
Work with L&D to develop and implement appropriate SMCR upskilling
Work with system supplier to continue to develop the system to ensure SMCR processes are as efficient as possible
Work with HR MI Analyst to build SMCR reporting
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in optimally developing and implementing procedures and frameworks.
Managing and leading all aspects of operational processes and implementation of new systems
Experience using Corporater, Oracle Cloud & Broker Assess – desirable
Proven track record of good judgement, including decision making, issues and referral.
Working calmly under pressure and to time constraints
Good attention to detail with the ability to explain complicated concepts and requirements to different audiences.
