Job Description
You will provide support with monthly close, assist with the production of monthly management accounts and be involved in the preparation of the statutory accounts.
The main responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the production of monthly accounts and reports
- Assisting in the preparation of the statutory accounts
- Reconciliation balance sheet and P&L accounts
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns and other reports
- Preparation and posting journals for payroll, prepayments, accruals, fixed assets etc.
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparation of weekly and monthly supplier payments
- Accounts payable with expenses and credit cards
