Job Description

You will be an integral member of the team working within our numerous sales channels. You will be responsible for translating key technical and financial data to aid in the sales processes and helping transform strategy into solution. Responsibilities

  • Assist the setting of Sales Targets.
  • Assist the production of Sales Dashboards.
  • Be an active member of the Cash Project team to drive working capital improvement.
  • Lead & own the (annual) price and duty increase process & coordinate all stakeholders.
  • Sit on the Anaplan Steering Group to ensure issues are resolved & improvements are implemented.
  • Manage the team & processes to ensure that rebate invoices are tracked & coded on a timely basis so overdue are within target.
  • Coordinate the rebate review process to ensure rebates are closed down & funds are released on a timely basis.
  • Continually review and provide input to simplify rebate processes and system improvement ideas with a view to driving greater efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Be a super user on SAP & Anaplan & be involved in continuous improvement projects & initiatives.
  • Ensure process and training documentation are updated and shared as appropriate.
  • Attend Sales meetings to update on status & issues.
  • Ad hoc project work.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A desire to focus on providing the very best support for the sales teams
  • A strong understanding of financial systems and their impact on the Commercial P&L and KPIs together with a practical appreciation of how they can best be deployed by the Commercial teams as an enabler.
  • Experience of leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Excellent MS Office skills with a focus toward Excel
  • Experienced in working with and influencing stakeholders to develop and implement clear agendas and longer-term execution plans.
  • Experience in balancing long and short-term priorities to create efficiencies
  • An aptitude and interest in various business systems and how they work!
  • Can adapt style to assist or manage stakeholders to ensure the timely processing of customer rebate invoices.
  • Actively builds and leads interactions between the functions to ensure plans are implemented and goals met.
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deal with ambiguity
