In this role you will undertake day to day bookkeeping and accounting along with general financial support across the business. You will be working in a busy environment, where you will need to self-manage tasks to ensure you are able to hit deadlines. This role requires someone who is flexible, keen to take on new responsibilities and is willing to help with additional tasks and support as and when necessary.
You'll need experience as the only bookkeeper managing all aspects of small business finance and the ability to take on other matters of administration, insurance, communications etc. Our ideal candidate is familiar and comfortable with Excel reports, Sages accounts & payroll software. You should also have a good knowledge of compliance matters, accountancy procedures and has the ability to research matters when the need arises.
