Job Description

You will be part of a team responsible for accurate and efficient processing of insurance and invoicing tasks. Liaising with insurance companies and helping clients with billing enquiries, means you are an important point of contact for our clients.

With a focus on credit control, the role involves

  • Generating and sending customer invoices
  • Proactively chasing debts to ensure settlement of accounts
  • Collection of overdue debts by telephone, email and letter
  • Handling and resolving customer queries over invoices in a quick and timely manner
  • Liaising with debt collection services
  • Calling insurance companies, if required to resolve an outstanding claim
  • Reconciliation of insurance BACS and cheques payments onto clients’ files.
  • Face to face discussions with clients.

We are open to both full time and part time applicant covering shifts from 8.00am to 6.00pm.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You may already have previous experience in credit control, but this is not essential as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a passion for great customer service, work to high standards and be a great team member.
