Job Description

Working Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm, this role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in finance. There are future opportunities within this role to progress further within the company and receive internal and external training.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Reconcile supplier statements with purchase ledger.
  • Assist purchasing as necessary.
  • Input purchase invoices.
  • Process supplier payments.
  • Daily bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with the analysis of accounts.
  • Processing VAT returns.
  • Daily reports.
  • Filing, archiving, matching as required.
  • Contribute to the improvement process.
  • Assisting in the month end tasks as required. 
  • Clerical and bookkeeping duties.
  • Stock checks - amending items on the Vending Machine and on Sage to reflect the true stock position
  • Processing orders then progressing until delivery date
  • Booking in stock from supplier delivery notes ensuring that they are correct, dated and signed
  • Supporting the Production Admin team with Sales Order processing.
