This role requires a tenacious individual who equally recognizes the importance of building effective and long-term customer relationships.

It is essential that you have an organized and pro-active approach to ensure that queries are resolved in a timely manner and that deadlines are met.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Contacting customers by telephone and email to ensure the prompt payment of invoices
• Ensuring that DSO is kept to a minimum
• Allocating payments and receipts
• Setting up new customer accounts
• Credit checking and ongoing review
• Liaising with customers and internal parties to resolve customer queries
• Month end reporting and reconciliations
