Job Description

- Day to day duties of this role are varied and as well as general bookkeeping responsibilities, you could also be involved in helping with export/import documents.
- On other days, you could be dealing with important contractual documents and overlooking new inventory stock concepts with the senior management team.
- VAT Returns
- Processing of receipts
- It is essential you have the ability to do deep dives into Seller Central, and generate reports as required. This is a key aspect of the job and must not faze the successful applicant.
- Processing supplier invoices and dealing with queries
- Reconciling supplier statements, Bank reconciliation
- Monitoring Cash flow
- Managing employee expense Claims
- Overseeing payroll
- Handling the accounts payable ledger.
- Managing weekly cash flow.
- Preparing the books for the accountant
- Review financial data and prepare monthly management/flash reports, such as a monthly stock inventory report

Monday to Friday role (9am – 6pm), however occasionally facilities management or other projects may require out of hours or on the odd weekend, so an adaptable and flexible nature is important.
