Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the sales ledger and taking control of the full customer portfolio
• Building strong relationships with customers to ensure prompt payment
• Ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debt
• Analysing customers’ previous payment activity and making recommendations to the manager based on your research

About you:

The ideal applicant will be a creative problem-solver who is able to produce accurate results whilst working to tight deadlines. In order to succeed in this role it is essential that you speak French fluently and have previous experience as a Credit Controller. Profile:

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in credit control, debt collection or accounts receivable
• Attention to detail and good analytical and numeracy skills
• Confident and strong communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines
• An interest in fashion, luxury or the retail industry is desirable
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
