Job Description
  • Processing of supplier invoices
  • Allocation of payments and receipts
  • Taking Customer card payments
  • Answering phone calls and responding to incoming emails
  • Supporting with Queries
  • Updating and maintaining system data
  • Reviewing Staff Expense claims for approval
  • Assist with Month end processes
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Issue Company Card statement monthly to staff members
  • Assist with general office tasks (post, filing)

Working Hours 09:00-17:3

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous admin experience
  • Well Organized with ability to priorities your workload and work to deadlines
  • Strong attention to details
  • Passionate personality
  • Proactive
  • Good Microsoft skills (Excel/Outlook)
  • Previous Experience in accounting packages (Sage / Microsoft Dynamics / SAP) (Desirable)
