You will be responsible for:

• Managing cash collection and debt control
• Manage Credit Insurance
• Management reporting and debt analysis.
• Coach and develop team
• Support sales and customer service teams function
• Achieve all KPIs and annual goals set, including objectives
• To contribute to the Health & Safety, Food Safety and Socio-Environmental values, and to help achieve the company wide objectives that are communicated on an ongoing basis.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful in this Credit Control Manager role, you will need great numeracy skills, be able to work to tight monthly deadlines, with an analytical mind and be able to work well under pressure. You will need to have exceptionally high standards with meticulous attention to detail and be a highly organized and a ‘completer-finisher’. Being a flexible team player with the ability to work proactively you will need excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). A self-starter with a positive, enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude and a down to earth approachable manner and be a problem solver with the ability to assume responsibility and act on own initiative that is also customer focused.

• Previous experience in a credit control role, finance role or able to demonstrate an understanding of VAT, Credit Insurance, credit Insurance management & litigation
• Proficient in relevant Microsoft skills especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in the English language
