Job Description

You will report into the Credit Control Manager and play an important role to ensure that the Company’s cash flow is maximized.

Main responsibilities will include.

  • Ensuring that outstanding balances are collected within the agreed payment terms – liaising with customers both via email and phone
  • Taking responsibility for understanding any queries and seeking to resolve these
  • Ensuring that good relations with customers are maintained
  • Providing copy invoices where needed
  • Updating customer contact details

This is the opportunity to gain experience within a growing and progressive business, including hybrid working (2 days a week at home) including a competitive salary and the genuine potential for the role to become permanent for the right person.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven experience within a Credit Control role
  • Accomplished in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attentive to detail
  • A good business understanding
  • Proven time management skills
  • Capable as a collaborative team-worker and to work independently
