Credit Controller
Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Job Description

This is a temporary position, this role will assist the Credit Control Manager in daily functions and all aspects of accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocation of receipts including applying cash settlements, deductions; through to resolutions
  • Creating and administering of schedules, chasing payment on invoices and queries
  • Processing of order hold report, reviewing order release or escalations as necessary
  • Assist in the creation of the weekly cash flow forecast
  • Creation of monthly account statements
  • Ad-hoc customer account reconciliations

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Relevant credit control experience
  • Attention to details and good analytical skills
  • Excellent telephone manner with ability to be firm when required
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a methodical & organized manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work well within a team environment but also with limited supervision
  • Good knowledge of excel is essential
  • Experience with SAP essential
