Job Description
  • Communicating with key customer contacts to administer letters and complete contracts of employment using the templates provided.
  • Effective use of IT systems, including outlook and MS Word; mail merge
  • Monitoring and responding to the admin inbox for the business.
  •  Work closely with the payroll team to cross check detail and information provided by our customers is accurate.
  • Keep in regular contact across the education HR team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong Administration skills
  • Time management
  • Organised 
  • Strong IT skills in all Microsoft package
