Job Description

Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the management team you shall become the guardian of the company's growth and profitability from Day 1.

What will you do?

  • Drive strategic investment and budgeting decisions through in-depth financial analysis, collaborating closely with functional teams across the company
  • Lead the preparation of our business plan, budgeting & forecasting process and investor reporting
  • Lead the operational and strategic cash management and liquidity planning
  • Provide meaningful business insights (YoY, MoM and vs. BP) after closing to all stakeholders against the latest
  • Plan Create and improve key FP&A processes and short & long term forecasting models
  • Lead or support key projects from the financial side, modelling, long term impact, ROI assessment, supporting the company’s OKRs
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial management performance packages
  • Support equity and debt raising process and stakeholder relationship management
  • Mentor and train your team, structure working routines, documentation and onboarding to ensure knowledge exchange within and across teams
  • Proactively look for opportunities and projects to improve financial performance and deliver high results in an autonomous way
  • Participate in presentations to relevant stakeholders about the performance of the company & business units

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • +6 years of experience in Finance, out of which +4 years in FP&A
  • Proven track record, strong business acumen, data-driven with an analytical approach, proactive & autonomous, good vibes & techie!
  • An ability to take any problem, deep-dive, reveal route cause, draft improvement solutions and communicate to stakeholders
  • An ability to summarize and present complex plans to Management and key stakeholders
  • Obsessed with continuous improvements, delivering value, and allergic to manual tasks!
  • G Suite (Sheets, Presentations) or Office Suite expert (Excel); good understanding of SQL
  • Advanced command of the English language
  • Experience as a manager is useful but not a requirement
  • Degree in Finance
