Job Description
We are currently homeworking due to Covid, but would normally be based at our Maidenhead Office. This role has the potential for flexibility in location, and hours (part time options also available). The HR Admin will benefit from working with an experienced team of global professionals who are passionate about delivering the very highest standard for the business.
Responsibilities
- Review and process transactions in our HR Information System
- Processing employee data for the entire life cycle of an employee whether they are a new hire, transfer or leaver
- Addressing complex requests and problem solving
- Research and proactive management of cases
- Acting as first point of contact for all administration queries
- Be responsible for replying to queries sent to the shared HR mailbox
- Assist with preparing necessary information for payroll input
- Prepare various HR reports as required by internal customers
- Handle employee change letters for employees (salary increase, role change, manager change, references etc.)
- Managing the references and background screening processes for new starters.
- Execute on all processes linked to employee files & archiving.
- Manage benefits administration (private medical, eye care, childcare vouchers, bike scheme) via use of online portals
- Act as point of contact for other internal systems as required
- Ad hoc project work, as assigned
