Duties will include;
- Inputting worker hours in to a payroll database
- Collating timesheets to be sent to clients
- Creating work records for new starters on to the payroll database
- Inputting holiday requests
- Dealing with any pay queries from clients and workers
- Sending invoices to clients weekly
Requirements;
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good IT knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Good numerical skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Work well in a busy environment
- Have experience using CRM systems
- Good Microsoft Office skills
