Job Description

Our client, a highly regarded commercial enterprise operating in Hemel Hempstead is looking for assistance within their fast paced payroll function. The chosen candidate will be given an administrative remit within the payroll team that will be diverse and full of responsibilities integral to the successful running of the operation.

Duties would include:

  • Submitting electronic data to HMRC each month
  • Salary Sacrifice
  • End of year and on-going compliance
  • Calculation of annual leave and associated payments.
  • Liaising with employees and dealing with various ad-hoc queries
  • Auto enrolment input processing
  • Processing fortnightly, monthly and quarterly payroll
  • Investigating errors and requests.

This is a great opportunity for an someone that enjoys being busy and being part of driven team dynamic. Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a good understanding of excel.
The position is on an initial 12 month contract, however, there is likely to be longer term opportunities for a good candidate.
