Job Description
You will play an integral part in supporting the delivery of the People Agenda to align culture, talent, structure, and processes. You will lead the payroll activity and ensure accuracy, education, and a robust resolution structure. You will:
- Manage a varied caseload including discipline, grievance, performance, flexible working and ill-health.
- Lead a HR team to deliver a first-class on-site people service, ensuring legal compliance with all HR and payroll practices
- Build harmonious relationships with the Trade Union to ensure optimum working efficiency
- Prepare regular and ad hoc management information reports as required
- Develop and supporting a performance management culture
