Job Description
- To support the HR department in providing a high quality and customer focused service to all departments.
- To maintain e-files for employee paperwork
- Manage the new starter process, providing status updates and collecting and tracking new joiner information as required
- Manage the leaver process, providing status updates and removing leavers from HR Systems
- To update the HR template letters and upload to our intranet
- To provide administrative support to the HR function, including maintaining accurate payroll and HR data and provide data to HR Advisors for management reports.
- Provide support with inputting and processing of payroll data according to agreed timescales.
- Provide administrative support to maintain accurate establishment in the HRIS and the performance management system
- To provide administrative support to ensure a confidential and comprehensive employee relations service, including the maintenance of updated policies and procedures in hard and soft copy and to be able to provide these for managers as required.
- To support and work with the HR team in providing administrative support for disciplinary, grievance, sickness and other related issues.
- To provide support to project teams, working groups and other HR initiatives as appropriate.
- Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time, that are deemed necessary and compatible with the nature of the post.
- Assist in keeping HR Grapevine pages updated.
- To work flexibly as required to maintain an effective, customer-focussed service
- Supporting the delivery of the wider employee benefits offer and other employee engagement initiatives
