This role is an integral part of the Finance function and wider business, you will have the opportunity to business partner across all levels and will be part of future decisions as the business continues to grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Raising and processing sales invoices, for each office.
• Managing and monitoring purchase invoices and approvals
• Produce and collate sales in Germany and purchase invoices for the German accountant
• Credit control
• Managing and approving staff expenses, making sure they stay within the expenses policy
• Approving all company credit card expenses
• Reconciliation of company bank accounts
• Management of payroll and pension contributions
• Preparation of VAT submissions
• Ongoing cash flow forecast
• Monitoring profitability and reconcile across companies
• Preparation of monthly reports, and present to CEO
• Preparation of quarterly management accounts
• Regular liaising with our accountants especially at quarter and year end.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified by experience or (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpretational skills
• A confident business partner and ability to lead from the front
• 5+ year’s experience within a relative role in a similar creative industry would be highly desirable
• IT proficient with strong MS Excel skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, creative environment
• An interest for the Creative industry
