Job Description

We are looking for Senior Compliance Officers to join our Risk and Compliance team to support credit and insurance propositions. You will be compliance supporting your product lines and monitoring of the regulatory compliance policies, procedures and effective controls in place across head office, at providers and retail. The role will act to provide compliance advice and guidance or when appropriate challenge internal stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

• Empower and support Partners to understand compliance responsibility, being the SME in house on regulation & applicable licenses 
• Build relationships externally across third party providers, counterpart compliance individuals, taking appropriate actions to ensure legal / regulatory compliance and to minimize any financial or reputational risk
• Manage and monitor governance through reporting, forum and where applicable challenge non - compliance internally and externally 
• Develop a clear understanding of all FCA principles, Money services Business obligations under Money-Laundering, Consumer Credit obligations, appointed representative obligations, Data Protection and all related legal and regulatory obligations for all related business.
• Work with company stakeholders in legal, regulatory and contract performance with company’s providers and internal operations that touch FS 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Understanding of UK Financial Services regulatory framework and knowledge of FCA sourcebooks
• Experience in ICOBS
• Experience in Regulatory compliance, monitoring and audit
• Development and management of Frameworks, Policies & Procedures
• Significant and demonstrable experience in stakeholder management, written and verbal communication, Reporting and analytics. Risk Management and organization skills.
