Job Description

You will contribute to the overall development of the organization’s growth and development and be key in the risk management and mitigation.

You will:

• Establish and implement the appropriate financial controls
• Monitor the business’s financial performance
• Track and report on cash flow
• Develop the annual budget
• Have overall management of the Finance IT system
• Support the SMT and Trustees with financial analysis and reports.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent analytical and interpretive ability
• Appropriate professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA) and experience in managing an accounting function in a company group situation
• Knowledge of charity accountancy (e.g. the charity SORP, regulatory framework, Gift Aid).
• You will be a team player and have the ability to work confidently and effectively in a diverse and sometimes challenging environment.
