An individual who is excellent at communication skills, both written and verbal. Who wouldn't shy away from getting involved with county court proceedings (training provided), and can deal with demanding customers in a calm and effective way. Being great at time management would be a bonus.

First and foremost, being responsible for credit control. Dealing with queries by phone and email, liaising with other departments. Management of legal process for overdue debts, including preparing court statements. Partaking in the legal process for collection of debts and following up on debtors, ensuring that customers pay within agreed payment terms. You might also be required to help out with invoicing, statement and account queries, payment processing, and raising refunds/credits.
