Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for implementing the central work stream activities that translate from our strategy, supporting the business to achieve its ambitions.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and project manage the key deliverables of the Solutions and Enablement team, including tools, solutions, and communications, to enable the implementation of our company strategy across the UK firm.
- Build collaborative relationships with CBS Functions (e.g., Communications and Engagement, Recruitment, Talent Analytics, etc.) to develop and deliver agreed priorities, acting as a coach to the Functions as required.
- Provide guidance, coaching and oversight to our Specialists to ensure they develop and deliver the agreed priorities, aligned to the company Strategy.
- Collaborating across the team to ensure knowledge-sharing and innovation is brought to all our work.
- Work closely with the Business Unit Leads and managers to understand business needs and current trends to create innovative tools to accelerate our plans.
- Provide reports and updates to support the governance structure, as required.
- Support completion of accreditations and benchmarks by collating data and evidence for submissions to the key indexes, e.g., Top 50 Employers for Women, Stonewall Workplace Equality Index, Great Places to Work, Business Disability Forum Disability Smart Audit, Race at Work Charter, Age at Work Charter and Women in Finance Charter; planning and leading the response, inputting into business cases, engaging stakeholders and agreeing outputs.
- Act as the subject matter expert and main point of contact for one of the company characteristics; overseeing all activities and ensuring alignment with the company Strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships at regional, area and global level as needed.
- Act as a coach to Talent team to ensure understanding and engagement with our priorities.
- Build collaborative and supportive relationships with our employee Networks as required.

- Key strength in one or more of: project management, HR business partnering as a practitioner or consultant; brand, marketing and communications.
- Experience delivering projects in large organizations.
- Experience of coaching and advising managers and peers on key DE&I topics, at meetings, workshops, or training.
- Strong experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Experience in researching and providing relevant best practice and thought leadership.
