Job Description

You will be accountable for working closely with the Procurement, Accounts Payable and Technology teams to improve the current tools & processes. Using your experience and knowledge of the Procure to Pay domain, you will play a key role in driving the strategic direction for processes and systems at company. This includes ensuring the support mechanisms and processes are in place for long-term success.
What you’ll do:

• Responsible for all deliverables for the year.
• Prioritizing all requests for delivery accordingly, gaining and managing stakeholder agreement and engagement for the prioritization.
• Continually seek to identify opportunities for improvement and drive adoption of change.
• Lead team of Process Leads and System Support Helpdesk and work closely with the Group ERP technical support team.
• Keep pace with external developments, evaluating and recommending best practice options, taking account of the Sky ecosystem and the strategic roadmap
• Managing development cycle from business requirement through to promotion to production environment and overseeing the hyper-care environment 
• Act as an interface between the business and technical support teams
• Presentation of papers to the Design Authority Group to gain senior stakeholder support and endorsement.
• Owning the Process Design Committee stakeholder meetings to review and continually improve processes.
• Sign off monthly/quarterly/annual controls.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified accountant, with experience of running PTP functions
• Experience managing a team to deliver on business requirements and development
• Strong stakeholder management skills, and ability to communicate at all levels effectively
• PTP Systems knowledge desirable ideally in Ariba and SAP
• System implementation and project management experiences a plus 
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
