Job Description
  • Team liaison with Employee Resource Group (ERG), Executive Diversity Council (EDC) leaders and Country Office heads.
  • Enhance standardized documentation and processes to define ERG governance and activities. Provide support for creation of new ERGs, as necessary.
  • Plan and coordinate external client engagement on topics, including roundtables, summits, for best practice or other coordinated efforts
  • Manage external partnerships
  • Collaborate with Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management HR teams on our initiatives, as applicable.
  • Partner with Internal Communications and Design teams on internal intranet stories, external social media posts, and other external marketing and communications opportunities globally.
  • Review market updates and research and attend industry briefings where appropriate – keeping abreast of latest developments, circulating industry news or trends.
  • Manage incoming requests from key business stakeholders.
  • Provide input on company reporting and dashboard to HR Tech and Analytics team and share data, as appropriate, with key internal stakeholders.
  • Champion and execute on global DE&I programming in partnership with HR Leads and other partners.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups), PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong writing and editing skills – experience in writing firm wide communications in partnership with Marketing/Communications and functional owners preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to independently manage and follow up on multiple concurrent tasks and requests on tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player – collaborative and focused on collective objectives and goals.
  • Demonstrates empathy – able to network and connect effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills; innovative with strong critical thinking skills and personal presence.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and organizing large scale programs and events.
