Job Description

We require a self-starting, enthusiastic HR & Office Administrator working part time, approximately twenty-five hours per week, to support our HR processes and our busy management office. You will be working on all aspects of HR administration, including managing the administration of recruitment rounds and communication with applicants, induction of new staff, on-going maintenance of staff records, including employee appraisals, training records, leave administration, administration of benefit schemes, liaison with payroll providers, and support all general office administration tasks.

You will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, have a self-starting attitude, be able to manage your time effectively and have a natural enthusiasm for working in HR and general administration.
