Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Entering and reconciling bank and invoice finance transactions
- Note purchase invoices, expense claims and credit card transactions
- Processing supplier and statutory payments using online banking systems
- Answering emails and phone call queries for own clients.
- Administrative support, ensuring deadlines are met
- Issuing reports
- Preparing journals for production of management accounts.
- Preparation and submission of PAYE and VAT Returns.
- Preparation and processing of monthly payroll
