Job Description

The company rely on their cloud IT estate to help their business reach and succeed with their partners and customers. You will be working with their growing client base who are using, or to onboard to their bespoke parcel software and solution.

You will work closely with customers, internal sales teams, the wider product infrastructure and development teams, manage service communications and updates, and provide service monitoring and error log management.

  • assist with the onboarding and integration solutions for all customers
  • Assist with system related incidents
  • Resolving issues
  • Become the 'go-to' for the system
  • provide technical training for customers for their solutions
  • Document system, release notes, significant changes and installation instructions - ready for customer use
  • assisting with the scoping and building of development requests

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The right candidate will have previous experience working with bespoke software, particularly SaaS solutions. Years of experience is not required, however a keenness to learn and take a step upwards in your career.
