Job Description
  • Updating the scheduler
  • Expenses – querying and ensuring expenses are paid correctly
  • Dealing with any queries from payroll and ops
  • Maintaining the shared inbox
  • Chasing for timesheets
  • Liaising with recruitment – new starters, agreement packages
  • Updating spreadsheets with relevant information
  • Preparing and sorting timesheets for data entry
  • Entering data into database software (syrinx) and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
  • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete timesheets

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience:

  • Data entry, someone IT Literate
  • Previous financial experience
  • Great attention to detail
  • Previous admin experience
  • Dealing with a high volume of timesheets
  • Being personable
  • Taking pride in your job
  • Motivated and Enthusiastic
