Job Description
  • Lead and coordinate the drafting of year-end statutory accounts
  • Ensure the drafting of Statutory accounts within group deadlines and good quality and accuracy, ensuring accounts are drafted according to any recent required update and in full compliance with UK requirements
  • Ensure adequate support to the external auditor for the review of the Yearly Statutory accounts with no reported gap or finding
  • Ensure (also with the support of the legal department) that any regulatory change or update is duly captured, analyzed, and implemented within required deadlines
  • Manage relationships with finance partners and Vendors ensuring reliable, accurate and timely information flows and respect for the framework (where applicable)
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of Reporting data
  • Support for the possible development of the Management Information System with particular focus on the introduction of control procedures
  • Manage Budget, Forecasting, and Strategic Planning processes
  • Manage month-end closing processes in Iveco legacy reporting systems
  • Manage and supervise monthly presentations related to business performances also through a detailed analysis of KPIs
  • Ensures accurate and timely submission for all Finance reporting
  • Supports in Project Management activities related to the set-up and update of Processes/Procedures in the Group
  • Develop Excel reporting and maximize the benefits of data interrogation to save time in reconciling large volumes of financial and non-financial data.
  • Control/preparation of all cash flows with respect to the monthly Assets Liabilities Management (ALM) Reporting for all retail customer portfolios.
  • Support the Business to evaluate subsidies, initiatives and new business and portfolio profitability to grant company target ROA.
  • Maintain accurate cost control (proposing improvements and/or actions) to constantly grant company efficiency.
  • Manage any ad hoc request from HQ in a timely manner and in an accurate way.
