Job Description

You will be responsible for driving and managing critical transformation programmes to deliver efficiency, insight and value to the clients. This position will work alongside senior stakeholders and shape strategic roadmaps to deliver large and complex finance transformation programmes dealing with multiple global teams.
Responsibilities

• Oversee large, complex and challenging finance programs, with accountability for achieving client objectives
• Develop innovative solutions for complex business challenges, encompassing in-depth functional expertise, technology (applications) and operating model design
• Drive a culture of innovation, establish external partnerships and alliances, and deliver value to our clients through our Finance Transformation team
• Supporting new business opportunities for existing and new clients
• Collaboration with the engagement team, determining solutions that address client challenges and driving delivery within defined timeframes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Extensive experience in implementing transformation and change management programs
• Prior experience of working in Insurance Sector
• Understanding of financial process and reporting requirements across finance value chain
• Track record of leading/supporting large-scale transformations in Finance
• Strong people manager with ability to lead teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Qualified Accountant (or equivalent) /MBA with prior work experience in a similar role.
• Ability to manage cross-functional engagement teams across areas of the organization
• Extensive business development experience with proven experience in bringing products to market successfully.
• Ability to work with decision-makers and stakeholders at the highest levels
• Proven track record of delivering projects
