Job Description

We are now seeking a Pricing Administrator to provide full administrative support to our Analysts to ensure that all requirements relating to Vehicle pricing and contracting are completed in line with Company Policy. Reporting to the Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the generation of contract documents and generating packages whilst liaising closely with our sales team and external stakeholders, obtaining information, creating and collating customer contracts and contacting suppliers to obtain quotes.

There is lots of career progression available. This successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop into a Pricing Analyst or given the role is based at a Head Office, have the opportunity to move into another team of interest!

Salary & Benefits

You will be working between Monday to Friday, either 08:00 – 16:30 or 08:30 - 17:00 with a 1 hour lunch break from our corporate head office in the Birmingham Business Park in Solihull. (Total 37.5 hours)

A salary of £19,000 is on offer along with a great benefits package as per below.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum GCSE English and Mathematics Must have office environment experience  Computer literate including spreadsheet skills Confident communicator via telephone, email and face to face Ability to work as part of a team   Organised, with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.  Flexible and comfortable with dealing with changing priorities.  Proactive, resourceful and confidence to use own initiative.
