Support the existing team in respect of transaction support for acquisitions, disposals and fundraisings as appropriate (this will involve liaising with clients, funders and intermediaries during the execution of transactions),
Support the existing team in the preparation of business valuations,
Developing and reviewing financial models within Excel for a variety of purposes,
Undertaking due diligence projects for a variety of purposes,
Creating high quality written output as required - for example information memorandums, business plans etc)
Market research on sector performance or identifying potential acquisition targets or buyers.
Researching, preparing and supporting the preparation of proposals for new work, including agreeing the scope and fee for such work.
Supporting the team with the ongoing development of the Corporate Finance function of the firm, not limited to systems, processes and other compliance.
Understand and respond appropriately to client and other stakeholders needs.
