Job Description

Your new role
You will be providing administrative support to the business including producing, managing and collating paperwork, checking orders and matching to the system, entering data, supporting with managing deliveries, fielding calls, directing visitors, and any ad hoc office support. This is a full time working week Monday to Friday, and starts early October.

What you'll get in return
You will be paid a good hourly rate and have the ongoing support of a Hays specialist consultant. There will be training provided to help you in your new role.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be experienced in administration and construction industry experience would be beneficial. This role requires you to manager you own workload, work using your initiative and be confident in dealing with people in person and on the phone. You will have used Excel to a good standard and ideally SAP, as well as Microsoft Office tools.
