Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out duties directed by the Service Support and Finance Lead and Service Delivery Manager, which include 1st line support via email or phone calls, creating support tickets, first line fixes and completing basic script/process driven tasks.

As part of our accreditation with Essex Family Friendly Employers Charter, this full-time role can be offered on a job share or part-time basis, providing we are able to recruit to the remaining hours. Further information on the family friendly charter can be found on our website.
