This is a varied and busy role where you will be exposed to all areas of HR. As part of a small team you will be mentored by two very experienced HR Leads, to deliver the best possible HR service for the Group. Some specific duties and responsibilities include:
You will need to have previous HR related experience and ideally you will hold a CIPD qualification or be working towards one already. However, for the right candidate, the opportunity to attain a qualification will be offered.
You will have some experience within a busy office environment and be confident in supporting across a variety of HR functions.
