Job Description
The role sits within our Regulatory Reporting Change capability which works with clients to deliver regulatory change. The capability focuses on delivering more than pure compliance and positions regulation at the Centre of business transformation to drive operating efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will have in-depth working knowledge of regulatory reporting and proven record of driving regulatory implementation programmes/projects. They should also be able to demonstrate the following:
- A clear understanding of the regulatory environment around Prudential reporting (including FINREP, Capital, RWA and Liquidity) for banking and investment entities, and an awareness of the evolving regulatory landscape
- A working knowledge of emerging regulatory themes relating to reporting and reporting standards with experience of working in ESG/sustainability strategy with preparation for reporting transformation
- Demonstrates experience of working in finance and regulatory change and can explain the impact of change to the operating model, across process and controls, governance, data and systems
- Experience of target operating model design and implementation, along with process improvement through technology enabled solutions
- Expertise in best-in-class process and control knowledge for regulatory reporting, specific to Retail and/or Investment Banking and can explain the key challenges being faced in moving to an efficient and effective reporting environment
- A proven track record of operating in a project environment and able to work with a variety of stakeholders to achieve transformation and business outcomes
