Job Description

You will work within the compliance team, completing a variety of administrative duties such as file and call reviews and audits, creating reports and investigating customer complaints. You will be working with the Training team to ensure training is monitored and up to date. 

Duties include:

  • File and call monitoring
  • Preparing compliance monitoring audit reports for the Management team
  • Assisting management in reviewing and updating policies and procedures
  • Acting as the Complaints Officer for the company, investigating and handling customer complaints
  • Document library maintenance
  • Administration of staff training, liaising with a variety of internal teams
  • Third party due diligence checks
  • Maintaining all compliance registers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
